Shipping Policy

Order processing and shipping usually takes 3-7 working days (excluding weekends). Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary dependent on the country it is being shipped to but usually takes an estimated 3-7 days.

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful or attempted delivery to the order address.

Orders are currently being shipped from Trinidad & Tobago.

Return Policy

Chandra Maharaj Designs gladly accepts return of items purchased for an exchange on regularly priced items ONLY. We do not cover return shipping charges. That fee is your responsibility.  Sale items are final sales.

An email has to be sent to info@chandramaharajdesigns.com within 3 days of receipt of purchase requesting an exchange. Merchandize must be shipped within 7 days of the receipt of that e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. Original receipt, packaging, tags and unworn merchandize must be packaged. 

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all swimwear pieces can not be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.

The item must be unwashed, undamaged, unmarked, do not smell of smoke, have all original tags and hygiene strips attached, and are in their original condition.
Any product returned that does not meet this criteria will not be accepted as a return for exchange.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

We are not responsible for lost exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
